Everyone loves meat and I do to but it also contributes to climate change. Why does eating meat contribute to climate change?
Why does eating less meat help stop climate change?
Meat is a delicious treat that everyone loves but it harms the environment. Meat, especially beef, produces a gas called methane, which is one of the greenhouse gases.
Agriculture alone produces 11.1% of the global greenhouse gas emissions. Now, I am not saying go vegan or vegetarian. Just reduce the amount of meat you consume.
Let me give you a challenge. For a month try going without meat every Monday. Meatless Mondays.
